Unless otherwise expressly stated by Royal Printing: (a) any technical advice provided by Royal Printing with respect to the use of goods furnished to User shall be without charge, (b) Royal Printing assumes no obligation or liability for any such advice, or for any results occurring as a result of the application of such advice; and (c) User shall have sole responsibility for selection and specification of the goods appropriate for the end use of such goods.
